Beverly was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and studied at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Upon graduation, she moved to Florence, Italy to get her Master’s Degree in Fine Art.

After completing her degree, Beverly returned to New York where she established a painting studio and exhibited and sold her work to several New York galleries through her representation by Monique Goldstrom of Monique Goldstrom Gallery in New York City and Kenise Barnes of Kenise Barnes Fine Art, Larchmont, NY.

Beverly’s paintings have appeared in numerous group and one person shows throughout the United States and in Italy.

In 2002, Beverly began designing fur hats and accessories which were carried at Bendels in New York and various boutiques in Soho and the Upper East Side.

She later went on to do women’s cocktail attire, fur coats, capes, resort wear and men’s suiting as well as designing a line of children’s clothing for Zitomer’s in New York.

“I love to empower people through dress” says Beverly. “Even someone caught in the worst of circumstances can elevate themselves by dressing with confidence and inner strength”.
